TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to our platform. By booking drum lessons, masterclasses, arts education sessions, or performance consulting services through this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following legally binding terms and conditions.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
We offer specialized professional training, including:
Private individual music instruction (drum lessons).
Group or institutional masterclasses.
Arts education curriculum design and planning.
Professional performance consulting for artists and ensembles.
2. BILLING, PAYMENTS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Secure Processing: All financial transactions are safely managed through our third-party checkout partner, Stripe. We never store or view your raw credit card data.
One-Time Bookings: Single lessons, consulting sessions, or masterclasses must be paid in full at the time of online registration to secure your time slot.
Monthly Subscriptions: Recurring lesson tracks are billed automatically every 30 days. Your card will be charged on a rolling basis until you actively cancel the plan.
3. STRICT 24-HOUR CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Because time slots are strictly limited and reserved in advance, we enforce a firm attendance rule:
Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled lesson, masterclass, or consulting session, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or fail to show up for your scheduled time slot, the lesson credit is permanently forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Subscription Packages: Unused lesson credits inside a monthly subscription pool do not roll over to the following month.
4. RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You are entirely free to stop your recurring training packages at any time. To prevent your card from being automatically billed for the next 30-day lesson block, you must cancel your subscription via your customer portal or email us at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
5. REFUND POLICY
Completed Services: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed drum lessons, masterclasses, or consulting sessions.
Unused Packages: If you prepay for a multi-lesson block or consulting retainer, those funds are committed to securing studio space and schedule tracking. Unused portions of active packages are non-refundable.
6. LIABILITY WAIVER
By participating in our music training, masterclasses, or physical performance consulting sessions, you assume all standard risks associated with professional physical activity (such as repetitive strain, ear fatigue, or joint movement). We are not responsible for any physical injuries or equipment damage sustained during instruction.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these operational terms at any time to reflect software upgrades, scheduling shifts, or rate changes. Continued use of our booking tools constitutes acceptance of those updates.
